Dwarf Mountain Pine
 
A compact, slow growing, mound forming conifer with dark green needles. Brown cones appear in late summer/autumn. This lovely little conifer is an ideal choice for a rock garden or specimen plant.
 
This mugo pine prefers a sunny or part-shaded position in well-drained soil. Prepare the planting area by digging in some soil conditioner prior to planting. Keep well-watered during dry periods until established and feed with a standard fertiliser twice a year.
