Kitchen Bay Tree - Lauras nobilis

Bay trees are valued for their aromatic leaves and culinary uses. They have handsome, evergreen leaves that stay looking good throughout the year and produce clusters of attractive, small greenish-yellow flowers in spring. 

The Bay is a versatile shrub that can be grown as a standard (see our other listings), used for hedging, grown in a herb garden or featured in a shrub border. They also look effective grown in a container. Because they can be clipped back hard they make ideal plants for topiary.

Protect from cold, drying winds.
