If symmetry and perfection is required Black Lace this is definitely worth a look! The dark green, glossy foliage is a superb backdrop for the perfectly formed, fully double, deep-red flowers, which appear from mid to late Spring. Its bushy growth habit makes this a good choice for a specimen plant in the border or a stunning evergreen hedge. It also looks great grown as a container plant on the patio.
